Janitorial

45 Fremont is responsible for maintaining a clean environment for all tenants per your Lease terms. This includes restocking of restrooms and common areas during business hours and nightly cleaning services. Additional services such as carpet, tile, or interior glass cleaning, floor polishing, refrigerator and microwave cleaning, and other special requests can be provided at additional charge to the tenant.
